• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) running on Windows with Oracle WebLogic
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ Integrations (Active Directory, Flat Files, SQL, Oracle HCM)
• Experience implementing Life Cycle Manager (LCM) Configuration workflow tasks that model business functions, including Lifecycle Requests (Role or Entitlement), Lifecycle Events (Joiner, Mover, or Leaver), and LCM Workflow Details (Workflows and Subprocesses)
• Solid understanding of the SailPoint object model, rules, and policies
• Experience with both lifecycle manager and compliance manager modules
• Proficient in using Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development
